Follow-up Herbal Consultations are designed to assess your progress, refine your formula, and respond to how your body has shifted since our last appointment. Herbal medicine is dynamic — as your patterns change, your formula should evolve with you. These visits typically last between 30-45 minutes.

During your follow-up, we will:

• Review changes in symptoms, digestion, sleep, energy, mood, cycle, and elimination
• Reassess tongue and pulse patterns (if applicable)
• Evaluate how you responded to your current formula
• Modify herbs as needed based on your constitutional presentation
• Discuss diet and lifestyle adjustments to support your pattern

This is not a quick “check-in.” It is a clinical reassessment grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics. Subtle shifts matter — and often indicate deeper movement within the body.
